Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Augusta the Brand pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All original tags must be attached and items must be in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original box and include the printed return authorization form inside the package.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
